If you need a resume now, you can make a solid one in about 10 minutes: choose a template, fill in six sections, check it once and download the PDF. You do not need a perfect document to apply, just a clear and honest one.

This page is for last-minute deadlines, a surprise interview or a walk-in drive. It is an independent guide, not tied to any other resume service.

Before you start (2 minutes)

Have these ready:

  • Your phone number, email and city
  • Your last two or three jobs, internships or projects, with dates
  • Your education
  • Five to eight skills from the job post you are applying to

If you have the job post open, even better. You will copy a few of its keywords.

The 10-minute plan

Minutes 1-2: Pick a template

Open the free templates and choose a simple one. If you are unsure, take a classic single-column design such as Standard, which works in any industry. Freshers can pick Fresher or Campus.

Minutes 3-4: Add contact details and a summary

Type your name, phone, email, city and LinkedIn link if you have one. Then write two lines:

Customer support executive with 3 years in e-commerce, resolving 40+ queries daily at 95% satisfaction. Seeking a customer success role.

No experience yet? Write a career objective that names the role and one strength.

Minutes 5-7: Add experience or projects

For each role, add the title, company, dates and two to four bullets. Start with a strong verb and end with a result when possible:

  • Reduced average response time from 12 hours to 4 hours
  • Trained 5 new joiners on the support tool

Short on experience? Use projects, internships, volunteering or college work instead.

Minutes 8-9: Add education and skills

List your degree, school and year. Then add the skills that match the job post, grouped in a simple list.

Minute 10: Check and download

Read it once from top to bottom. Check spelling, dates and your phone number. Then download as PDF for most applications, or DOCX if the portal asks for Word.

Fast quality checks

  • One page, single column
  • Your name and contact details at the top in plain text
  • No photo unless the country or employer expects one
  • File named FirstName-LastName-Resume.pdf
  • Keywords from the job post used naturally

What you can fix later

Speed matters now, polish can come after. Once you have applied, return and:

  1. Add numbers to more bullets
